Custom Sign Carving
*Red Cedar - Ideal for carving large signs and double sided signs
Can be left untreated and will weather to a silver grey colour.
*Signs can also be carved from HDU (High Density Urethane) which
last forever.
Our Red Cedar Sign blanks are imported from Canada. They are
made from laminated Western Red Cedar with a high quality
vertical grain and are just over 1.5inches thick.
Cedar has a high tannin content producing excellent weathering
characteristics. The timber also has a very short grain resulting in
minimal checking and warping. It id extremely durable for many
years of use. All carved signs come beautifully painted with a UV
clear coat, ready to install. However, you may request to paint it
yourself.
